NECE Festival 2023: FUTURES!
The NECE Festival 2023: FUTURES! took place in Madrid from 30 November until 2 December, 2023, in collaboration with the Fundación Europea Sociedad y Educación / European Foundation Society and Education. Resembling civic educators from diverse backgrounds across Europe, the festival served as a dynamic platform for insightful discussions on the future challenges facing European civic education. Participants engaged not only in multifaceted parallel sessions, WORK SPACES, organised by various entities but also explored a vibrant VILLAGE featuring project stands accompanied by the Spanish delicacies and music. The closing panel delved into the theme of migration, offering a preview of the central focus for the NECE Festival 2024: BORDERS.

NECE Festival 2023 FUTURES! offered a multitude of parallel WORK SPACES as well as project booths in the framework of our VILLAGE. The organisations for these programme formats were carefully selected by the NECE Jury within the Call for ideas.
