THE CIVICS will undertake an ambitious project to expand and transform the NECE platform, which has served as a vital resource for civic educators in Europe for almost 20 years. The goal is to transition NECE into a multi-stakeholder network that is both forward-looking and relevant to the everyday work of civic educators.
To achieve this, THE CIVICS will implement a decentralised approach to NECE management, with hubs located in Bonn, Sofia, and Zagreb. This approach will help ensure that the network remains responsive to the needs of its stakeholders and can adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of civic education in Europe.
