Collective plenary session in an auditorium, bringing together all participants for a shared moment of reflection and synthesis. This session will include brief welcoming remarks by the Director of the Department of Participation and Citizenship of the Municipality of Cascais, highlighting key principles and experiences of local democratic practice, as well as acknowledging Cascais’ role as a European Capital of Democracy.

Building on this framing, each thematic working group will present a short pitch, sharing key insights, experiences, and questions emerging from the morning sessions. Together, these contributions will connect the different thematic perspectives, foster dialogue across groups, and consolidate collective learning around trust-building practices in democratic life.
