Alla Efimova is Secretary of SHEMA. She is a curator and art historian. She was the director of the first Jewish museum affiliated with a major university in the US, the Magnes Collection at UC Berkeley. In 2014, she founded the KunstWorks agency to promote the estates of historically underrepresented 20th-century artists and preserve them in public collections.
