
Beatriz Nogueira
Beatriz Nogueira holds a master’s degree in Education and Society from ISCTE, with research focused on the integration of unaccompanied minors into the Portuguese education system, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She currently works as the General Coordinator, Project Manager and non-formal educator at Associação Par – Respostas Sociais, where she creates spaces for participation, critical thinking, and expression, and develops initiatives for youth empowerment and democratic participation. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with Amnesty International, the Marquês de Valle Flôr Institute, and the Portuguese Council for Refugees, combining education, human rights, and social intervention. With experience facilitating national debates, training in Education for Human Rights (Compass/Council of Europe), and a history of leadership in civil society organisations, Beatriz combines critical thinking, social awareness, and communication skills with a reflective perspective on the contemporary challenges facing youth, democracy, and inclusion.
