Christian Klezl is a strategy advisor and independent management consultant with extensive international leadership experience. Until late 2025, he served in senior leadership roles – including Senior Vice President, Managing Partner, and General Manager – at global technology corporations such as IBM and Kyndryl, where he oversaw global business operations and complex transformation projects. His core expertise spans strategy, sales, marketing, organisational development, and digital transformation. He combines digital innovation with values-based leadership to foster operational resilience, corporate sustainability, and long-term competitiveness. Beyond his advisory work, Christian is actively engaged in civil society initiatives promoting human connection and democratic values. He serves on several boards, including the grassroots movement Empowering Democracy and the Ubuntu Global Network, promoting social responsibility, sustainable leadership, human rights, and a global culture of peace. Christian holds a Diploma in Management and an MBA from Henley Management College in the UK.
