David (Nice, 1971) is trained as an architect (DPLG, École d’Architecture de Paris la Seine – 1999) and graduated from the Mandel Leadership Institute (2010) dedicated to the development of educational innovation. Previously, he worked for 10 years as an architect in urban rehabilitation and heritage conservation. Fascinated by the plurality of the city and the dynamics of education, he has continually searched to combine them. As a result of this process, David founded The Beit Project and has been directing it since its creation in 2010. Nowadays, present in 15 countries, it is an innovative social and urban project selected by the EU aimed at turning heritage sites into educational frameworks for dialogue and debate, linking history to contemporary social issues. David has more recently developed The Beit Project, a nomadic school on the Mediterranean Sea.
