Elvira Hadzibegovic

Elvira is the President of Forum MNE, with two decades of experience in youth work and civil society in the Western Balkans. She holds a degree in community youth work and is currently pursuing a Professional Master’s in Social Innovation & Management at Wien University. From pioneering Montenegro’s first Youth Activist vocation to leading cross-regional initiatives like “Communities First!”, her work emphasises empowering youth through scalable, impactful civic education practices, driving democratic engagement and inclusive community-building across Europe and beyond.
