Florian Binder is working as the publications officer in the Strategy and Planning department of the Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung (KAS). Prior to that, he worked for two years as the Scientific Advisor in the South Caucasus Political Dialogue Regional Program of the KAS in Armenia and Georgia and also as a research officer at the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB). He completed his master’s degree in political science at the University of Potsdam, Tbilisi State University and the University of Technology Sydney.
