Gjergi graduated in Architecture, Urban Planning Specialty, Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Tirana. He holds Master’s in urban management, IHS & Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Holland, and also a Doctor of Science in Land Administration, Polytechnic University of Tirana, Albania. He follows the postgraduate studies on “Protection of the urban-industrial environment” in Germany. Gjergji is a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning, Polytechnic University of Tirana (since 1998), as well as at other universities in Albania and Director of the Central Technical Archive of Construction, Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy (since 2013) He has been working at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport in Albania, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and is the Author and co-author of several publications and participation in national and international conferences and activities.
