Katerina Ivanova

Katerina is a projects and programmes expert at the Foundation for Access to Rights – FAR, Bulgaria. FAR works to promote access to fundamental rights by providing legal aid, information, employment counselling, and self-empowerment tools for refugees, migrants, and stateless people in Bulgaria. Katerina Ivanova has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s degree in European projects from the University of Sofia “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She is a project expert with demonstrated knowledge and experience in the conceptualization, preparation, coordination, and reporting of European projects. She is currently working as the SUN project – Safeguarding Unaccompanied and Separated Children’s Rights through the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (101084990) Financial and communications officer and the RELEASE project (101143000) financial officer at FAR. Katerina has been part of the SUN project team since the inception of the idea and the design of the project concept. She has nearly 10 years of experience working on EU-funded projects. She is one of the founders of the Endometriosis and Reproductive Health Foundation in Bulgaria.
