Ledita is an accomplished architect and academic based in Tirana, Albania. She completed her undergraduate studies in Architecture at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana and has a master’s degree in architecture from Epoka University. In 2016, Dr. Mezini was awarded a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. Professionally, Dr. Mezini has been active in architectural design since 2006 and is a full-time lecturer primarily teaching design-related courses at the Polytechnic University of Tirana. Dr. Mezini’s research interests encompass urban morphology, historic preservation, and urban design. She has contributed to various publications, including studies on bioarchitecture and the influence of foreign designs on Albanian school architecture. She serves on the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, collaborating with both national and international experts in the field.
