Liliana Pereira de Melo is a Senior Technical Officer at the Department of Education of the Municipality of Cascais, where she coordinates the “Youth Voice” project on youth citizenship and participation, among others.  Over more than two decades, she has built a career at the intersection of education, public policy and European cooperation, working across public institutions to design, manage and evaluate educational projects and programmes. Her areas of expertise include education policy, lifelong learning, youth participation and the evaluation of education and training programmes and projects. She holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and postgraduate qualifications in Public Policy and Active Childhood in a Digital World.
