Marta Sanches Osório holds a degree in International Relations and has worked in local public administration for 28 years. She began her career in the field of Communications at the Municipality of Sintra and later moved to the Municipality of Cascais, where she has been working since 2004. In March 2019, she took on a new challenge: coordinating the Cascais Local Volunteer Centre, integrating it into the Networked Citizenship Practices Unit and reconnecting with an interest she had first developed and embraced several years earlier. Since January 2022, following the new structure established by the Municipal Services Organisation Regulation (ROSM), she has served as Head of the Volunteering Division within the Department of Democracy and Participation.
