Michael Schwarz is Managing Director of the Baden-Badener Unternehmergespräche e.V. (BBUG), one of Germany’s most established institutions for executive leadership development and cross-sector dialogue, bringing together senior executives from leading companies with decision-makers and thought leaders from politics, academia and civil society. Previously, he served as Executive Director of Stiftung Mercator. Earlier in his career, he worked at KekstCNC and the Robert Bosch Stiftung. He studied Political Science and Public Policy at the University of Konstanz and Rutgers University.
