
Michał Tragarz
Michał is a facilitator and trainer at the New Community Foundation, where he leads good conversation trainings and facilitates dialogues. An education expert with extensive experience in civic education and youth leadership, he previously worked at the Center for Citizenship Education, overseeing programs on student self-governance and school democracy. He has designed educational materials, lesson plans, and teacher guides. Michał has led trainings for young leaders and educators in Poland and abroad, including in Georgia and through international partnerships under Erasmus+. He has collaborated with public institutions, NGOs, international organisations, and the private sector. He was also affiliated with the Foundation for the Development of the Education System. His work centres on participatory learning, facilitation, and empowering communities through dialogue.
