Monica Jac is a community-driven practitioner with over 15 years of experience in cultural, educational, and social initiatives across Romania and Europe. She cares deeply about social inclusion, accessibility, and strengthening the NGO sector. Within the Romanian Federation of Community Foundations (FFCR), she coordinates the National Support Program for Community Foundations and serves as Capacity Building Specialist for the Civic Shapers Program. Her work focuses on supporting the growth, learning, and long‑term development of the community foundation network. In the past two years, she has also dedicated significant attention to wellbeing and burnout prevention in the NGO sector, combining research, practice, and sector-wide conversations to advocate for healthier, more sustainable work cultures.
