Nuno worked for 30 years in Human Resources on the private sector. With a background in Psychology (1992), MBA (2008), and a Postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management (2024), since 2007 he has been partnering with organisations that work with people with disabilities, supporting their insertion into the labour market. In 2023, he made a career change from the private to the social sector and joined Semear – Inclusão para a Deficiência, an NGO dedicated to training and integrating in the job market of young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He began as a volunteer and is now Executive Director, supporting teams and operations improvement in order to fulfill Semear’s mission of inclusion and social change.
