Oana coordinates the National Contact Point for Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme since it was set up in 2021 under a department within Project Management Unit, Romanian Ministry of Culture. Between 2008 and 2021 she coordinated Europe for Citizens Point. Oana has broad experience in the field of Community programmes, mainly those dedicated to culture, being part of the Culture Contact Point team for many years. Before that, she worked many years at the International Relations Department within the Romanian Ministry of Culture. During that time, she was nominated several times as Personal Counsellor either to the Minister of Culture or to the State Secretary in charge of the national heritage.
