
Olga Białobrzeska
Olga Białobrzeska is a board member at the New Community Foundation, where she oversees methodology and facilitates workshops. She is the author of the Good Conversation Training, one of the Foundation’s core formats, and co-leads the educational content of the high school program based on this method. Social psychologist, assistant professor at SWPS University, and researcher at the Center for Research on Social Relations. She studies communality, political polarisation, and everyday kindness and is an author of scientific publications on these topics. She combines academic research with hands-on experience in dialogue and education. She has over 10 years of teaching experience and co-created university-level programs. She is also a fellow of the Center for Research on Self and Identity at the University of Southampton and a member of the Polish Society of Social Psychology and the European Association of Social Psychology.
