Since 1991, Sam has been involved in both artistic and socio-cultural fields. Trained at the National Conservatory of the Marseille region in dramatic art, he works first as an actor for theatre or television, but he is also a graduate master’s degree as “Manager of a structure with a social and cultural vocation”. Since 1996, he has founded and then taken the management of the association “Les Têtes de l’Art“, a major structure in France on issues of mediation and support for participatory artistic practices as well as on the advice and training of actors concerned by this field. Youth and civic education through artistic tools are key activities. Since 2010, he has been regularly involved in events, conferences, and initial or continuing education courses as a consultant, speaker or trainer at the Euro-Med level.
