Sheila Muwanga Nabachwa 

Sheila is the current Coordinator (Volunteer) of the Civic Education Network of Eastern and Southern Africa (CENESA). Sheila is a human rights defender and activist. She has over 20 years of experience supporting human rights work in Uganda through multiple roles and working with varied human rights groups. Sheila has experience serving on numerous Boards of human rights organizations both in Uganda and abroad. She represents the Foundation for Human Rights Initiative (FHRI) on the Steering Committee of CENESA.
