Sonia Constantin is Program and Communications Manager at the Romanian Federation of Community Foundations (FFCR), where she leads the national Civic Shapers programme for youth civic engagement and coordinates the federation’s integrated communication strategy. With over 15 years of experience spanning international organisations, the creative sector and philanthropy, she works at the intersection of civic education, community development and strategic communication. Her work focuses on designing participatory programmes that strengthen local ecosystems, foster collaboration across sectors and create the conditions for trust and civic participation to grow. She is particularly interested in how community-led approaches can transform local assets into lasting civic engagement.
