Svitlana Bulbeniuk

Svitlana has a PhD in Political Science and is a Professor at the Department of Political Technologies at the Kyiv National Economic University. She is an educational expert, civic activist and author of her own course “Media and Civic Education”. She researches digital and media literacy as a political scientist, promotes media literacy, and conducts trainings. In 2023, she was named one of the 20 best coaches in Ukraine by the Academy of Ukrainian Press NGO. Her focus of the media literacy training is on counteracting manipulative technologies to influence public opinion in the context of Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine.
