Vadim is the President of Associação Jornada Convidativa, founder of Clarity International School Lisbon, as well as a facilitator and trainer on key topics of civic education, an entrepreneur, and coordinator of civic education projects. For 8 years, Vadim worked as a trainer and facilitator at the Theodor-Heuss-Kolleg, Robert Bosch Foundation. Since 2024, he has been the Regional Coordinator of Bosch Alumni in Portugal. Vadim has worked as a trainer with children and youth within programs covering such topics as historical memory, democratic participation, social design, anti-discrimination, tolerance, and sustainable development. He is also an author of the “Games in Civic Education” project and a winner of the “Best Online Practices in Civic Education 2021” competition organised by the Eastern European Network for Civic Education.
