Zé defines himself as being, learning how to be, for 53 years, and for the past 23 years, he has been the father of a charming young woman, whom he considers the love of his life. After working as a corporate lawyer for 30 years and simultaneously being a speaker for the last 15 years, is now a Corporate Adviser & Shaker in the areas of communication, people, and governance, sharing a challenge of consciousness both for organisations and for people that work on them. He is a Keynote Speaker, trainer, host, debriefer and Social Projects Supporter. He talks the same way he lives: with love and humour, for he believes in and lives by the phrase he learned from Monty Python: “Laughter is the best way to take life seriously.”
