Ziegi is a visual artist and curator originally from the USA, and has been living and working in Vienna, Austria since 2014. She completed her Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University, graduating Magna cum Laude with Honors in Fine Art. In her own artistic practice, she works primarily with installation, video, and performance. She has exhibited her work internationally in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Boss has also co-founded and is the president of the arts organisation VCAS – Vienna Contemporary Art Space, through which she has organised and curated numerous art events and projects.
