From Voice to Influence: How Meaningful Participation Builds Trust

Young people are often invited to participate, but how often do their contributions actually influence decisions? This interactive session explores the connection between trust and meaningful participation. Drawing on the YOU DECIDE project, participants explore what builds – or breaks – trust between young people, institutions, and communities and will experience how trust grows when young people move beyond consultation and become genuine actors in decision-making processes.
