Helene is an educator, mentor, project designer, manager, and facilitator with experience working with NGOs, accelerators, and incubators across Europe. Her work brings together creative education, entrepreneurship, youth development, and community building. She believes young people can change their communities when decision-making power is placed in their hands. Through the YouthBank model, they both implement projects that matter to them and become funders in their local communities. This strengthens their confidence, resilience, financial and economic literacy, democratic engagement, and ability to create meaningful change.
